This page should be used only by those who have received an invoice from MEDC for labels and wish to pay by credit card. Payments made before labels are approved or before invoices are received become the property of MEDC even if issuance of labels is not subsequently approved.

MEDC's Administrative Policies include the following provisions regarding the Mailing List / Member Database:"The MEDC database contains only current members. It is updated for corrections monthly and for new and dropped members after each Board of Directors meeting."

"-Use by Members - MEDC will furnish a set of printed labels to a member for a fee of $100 for a one-time use by the member. The requesting member must submit a statement of use to the MEDC office. Labels cannot be used for political purposes. . . . The mailing list / database is not given to any member or nonmember in electronic format, except when it is furnished to a mailing service for distribution of an official MEDC mail out."
